The Missions and Evangelism Team shall provide local churches with education, opportunities, and resources to effectively evangelize their church field and beyond. This may include but is not limited to the following areas: church planting, associational missions, associational ministries, associational partnerships, evangelism activities, and disaster relief.

The Church Advancement Team shall provide local churches with education, opportunities, and resources to effectively develop local churches, organizationally and spiritually. This may include, but is not limited to: Sunday School, Discipleship, senior adults, Women’s Ministry, youth ministry, children’s ministry, preschool ministry, media ministry, stewardship ministry, and deacon ministry.

The Administration Team shall develop and maintain a streamlined organizational structure to effectively and efficiently fulfill the purpose of the association and grow healthy Kingdom churches. The areas of responsibility for the Administration Team shall include, but are not limited to: conducting business of the association between general meetings, financial management, personnel issues, calendar coordination, credentials, property & insurance, business administration, agenda for the associational meetings, budget recommendations for administration, personnel, property, etc., and coordinating the overall annual budget. The Team Leaders and Moderator shall evaluate the performance and the benefits of the Executive Director. They shall recommend the benefits package for the Executive Director.
